Miscellaneous records include headrights surveys cross index (3 v.); warrants for headright cross index (1 v.); commissioner certificates (3 v.); certificates by commissioner (3 v.); vacant land surveys (3 v.); May's entries (2 v.); Lincoln [County] entries (3 v.); Fayette [County] entries, with index (5 v.); Nelson [County] entries (1 v.); and resident lands forfeited (2 v.). Dates for particular volumes, as well as the particular scope of a ledger's contents, are difficult to determine. Materials frequently overlap ouplicate records found elsewhere in the Land Office, and in some cases the original purpose of the records is unknown.
